03.03.2024 - General meeting of the Putbus Theatre Friends' Association with election of the board

Kerstin Kassner is the old and new chairwoman of the Putbus Theater Association.
After the end of the legislative period, Kerstin Kassner stood for re-election at the general meeting and was confirmed in her office with a large majority. Deputy chairman Klaus Möbus and treasurer Susanne Rutte were equally successful in the election.

In her activity report, Kerstin Kassner referred to the support association's successful projects. This year, too, numerous visitors are expected at the Putbus Festival, the cabaret regatta and the foyer meetings, which will once again delight the audience with selected highlights.

According to the chairwoman, such a program would not be possible without the commitment of the association members. Their tireless cultural work was honored with words of thanks and flowers.

Other topics included a necessary change to the statutes, the financial report of the board of directors, the financial audit report, the coordination of the 2024 budget and the discharge of the board of directors.

The event was rounded off with a performance by the dance group “United Steps” with children from Putbus and a performance by the Rügen women's choir.
