Poster handover to hotel partners of the Putbus Theatre Friends' Association

Sellin, November 29, 2023. As a thank you for the good partnership with the Romantik Roewers Privathotel and the Cliff Hotel Sellin, the chairwoman of the Putbus Theater Association, Kerstin Kassner, presented a poster “Culture needs friends”.

With this, the Putbus Theatre Friend`s association honors the constant and close cooperation at the Putbus Festival and the Comedy Regatta. Both hotels support the association by providing free accommodation for artists and distributing flyers and program brochures.

Owner Dagmar Roewers and director Rainer Malchus see the promotion of art and culture as a matter of the heart and the joint projects with the Putbus Theatre friend's association as a triple benefit: “If holidaymakers, locals and the association benefit, our commitment to cultural life on Rügen has been worth it.

The Cliff Hotel has also been a close partner when it comes to culture for years. Director Peter Schwarz: “Culture thrives on many projects and the diversity of cultural life benefits everyone.” This definitely includes supporting the voluntary work of the Putbus Theatre Friend's Association.
